Let's be honest, Painesville is full of all kinds of different things. Known for the Party in the Park, Painesville Little League, Brad Tippy, Hal Lebovitz on Sunday and Leonard & Lawrence....Another thing Painesville is famous for? Obviously for calling Bill Hill out as being a NARC.
You've all driven past it. You've all wondered. We've all thought, "Who the hell is Bill Hill and is he really a NARC?"
Can someone, anyone, give us some damn info as to the who/what/where/why/when that is Bill (maybe even William?) Hill?
It's time we put this to bed.

My brother-in-law claims to have known the one and only Bill Hill. He states that Bill Hill was NOT a Narc.
Shelby may need to divulge this information at the ManCation.
All I know is that whatever Bill Hill did in his past, he must have really pissed someone off.
Think about it. The "BILL HILL IS A NARC" spray-painting culprit probably planned his "tags" in a low-lit room filled with black lights and cigarette smoke with a bottle of booze next to his person, taking power-sips, swallowing hard, wiping his mouth and uttering, "Fuck Bill!"
He probably then changed into some dark-colored clothing, possibly with a ski mask in tow, packed a black old school Beavers gym bag with all the essentials: flash light, cans of spray paint, compass, map, etc. ... then went out on several nights and let his opinions be known to the masses by way of some very - should I say - random targets for his graffiti.
What a legend that guy is. He's probably even bigger a legend than Bill Hill himself.
Who these two guys are and what their apparent rift was over - we may never know.
haha, that would be great to see a documentary on both of them and where they are now.
